FINAL Race postponed to 23/09/2019
Dear friends,
Unfortunately, considering the weather forecast for Saturday 21 September, it seems that the minimum conditions are not met for doing the release of our pigeons and for doing a party we know would be memorable.
All activities scheduled for Friday, Saturday and Sunday are also canceled.
We know this is a decision we would never want to make, but the athletes would not be able to return to the loft, nor could the guests be in the place in celebration and joy.
On Sunday, September 22, at 4 pm, we will start to basket and we hope some of you will be there too. On Monday, September 23, we will release, if possible, between 7:30 and 8:00.
For all those staying in the area and for those who want it, we will promote on Saturday 21/09, at 17h00, in the Hotel Porta do Sol, a “free talk” round table, where we will try to talk openly about the pigeon sport as a whole. Among several renowned Portuguese fanciers, we will also have as foreign speakers, Ulrich Lemmens from Belgium and Maria Steenberg from Denmark.
